The Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis is one of the twelve Federal Reserve Banks of the United States. It is responsible for the Ninth District of the Federal Reserve System, which encompasses Minnesota, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, northwestern Wisconsin, and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. The district is headquartered in Minneapolis and has a branch office in Helena, Montana.
