Villa Carlotta

Villa Carlotta is a Spanish Colonial-style apartment building at 5959 Franklin Avenue in Hollywood, Los Angeles. It was built in 1926 for actress Elinor Kershaw, and was designated a Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument in 1986. The building was renovated in the late 2010s into a luxury apartment hotel catering to long-term guests.
